Navigate Dubai's Smart Toll System

Everything you need to know about the Salik automated toll collection system. No toll booths, no stopping — just seamless driving across the Emirates.

How Salik Works

The Salik system is designed to facilitate free-flow traffic. Here is how to get started in three simple steps.

1. Get Your Tag

Purchase a Salik tag online or from any petrol station (Eppco, Enoc, Adnoc) in Dubai. Stick it to your windshield.

2. Activate & Top Up

Activate your tag via the Salik website or app. Ensure you have sufficient balance in your account before driving.

3. Drive Through

Pass under toll gates freely without stopping. The fee is automatically deducted from your account.

Active Toll Gates

There are currently 8 operational Salik gates across Dubai, strategically placed to manage traffic flow on major highways.
